Where Do You Ship?
We are providing USA shipping. However, due to some postal problems, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different location, depending on which one has them available the fastest to you. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
When will I receive my order?

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
How can I track my order?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-4 days after you receiving that email.
Which currency are you using?
Our products are set in USA Dollar. But our system will automatically convert it for you, don't worry!
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.
How secure is my personal information?
Our store uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline in our privately run secure datacenter.
What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
I've forgotten my password - what should I do?
On the Log In page, click on the Forgot password link and we will email you instructions to reset your password.
